Laser Center by Jana Bay is a beauty and laser center located in Brooklyn, New York. We provide professional beauty, skincare, body contouring, and laser-based services, including but not limited to laser hair removal, facials, peels, IPL treatments, Morpheus8, Endospheres, laser skin correction, and related aesthetic services.
2. Website Use
The information on this website is provided for general informational and promotional purposes only. We make every effort to keep information accurate and updated, but we do not guarantee that all descriptions, prices, promotions, availability, or service details will always be error-free or current.
We reserve the right to update, change, or remove website content at any time without prior notice.

Deposits may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. Payments are due at the time of service, booking, or purchase, depending on the selected service or offer.
Prices are subject to change at any time. Promotional prices are valid only during the stated promotional period and cannot be applied retroactively to previous purchases.
5. Cancellations, Rescheduling, and No-Shows
We kindly ask clients to notify us as soon as possible if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Appointments canceled late, rescheduled late, or missed without notice may be subject to a cancellation fee, loss of deposit, or other booking restrictions. Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in limited access to future online booking.
6. Late Arrival Policy
If you arrive late, your appointment may need to be shortened, rescheduled, or canceled depending on the provider’s schedule and service requirements.
Full service price may still apply if the appointment cannot be completed due to late arrival.
7. Consultations and Treatment Eligibility
Some treatments may not be suitable for everyone. Before receiving certain services, clients may be required to complete a consultation form, consent form, or health intake form.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information about your medical history, medications, allergies, skin conditions, pregnancy status, recent procedures, sun exposure, and any other relevant information.
Failure to disclose important information may affect your treatment results and safety.
8. Results and Service Disclaimer
Results from aesthetic, skincare, body, and laser treatments vary from person to person. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, exact results, or permanent results.
The number of sessions needed may vary based on individual factors such as skin type, hair type, age, hormones, lifestyle, treatment area, aftercare, and overall health.
Before-and-after photos, testimonials, and service descriptions are for informational purposes only and do not guarantee the same results for every client.
9. Medical Disclaimer
Our website and services are not intended to replace medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment from a licensed medical provider.

Clients are responsible for following all pre-treatment and post-treatment instructions provided by Laser Center by Jana Bay.

Failure to follow instructions may affect results and may increase the risk of irritation, burns, pigmentation, sensitivity, or other side effects.
11. Packages, Promotions, and Special Offers
Packages, discounted services, and promotional offers may have specific terms, including expiration periods, service limitations, provider availability, and booking requirements.
Promotions cannot be combined with other discounts unless clearly stated. Promotional offers have no cash value and cannot be transferred unless approved by management.
Laser Center by Jana Bay reserves the right to modify or end promotions at any time.
12. Gift Certificates
Gift certificates may be available for purchase through our website, online booking page, or directly through our center.
Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash, except where required by law. In New York State, gift certificates and gift cards purchased on or after December 10, 2022 generally cannot expire within nine years from the purchase date, cannot decline in value because of fees, and may be redeemable for cash if the remaining balance is less than $5.
Gift certificates must be presented at the time of redemption. Lost, stolen, or damaged gift certificates may not be replaceable unless proof of purchase can be verified.
Gift certificates may not be used toward gratuity unless otherwise stated.
13. Events, Courses, and Training Programs
Laser Center by Jana Bay may offer events, workshops, courses, and training programs. These may require registration, deposits, or full prepayment.
Event and course payments may be subject to separate cancellation, transfer, and refund policies. Space may be limited, and registration is not guaranteed until payment or deposit is received.
We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel an event, course, or training program when necessary. If we cancel, clients will be notified and offered available options according to the specific event or course policy.

When purchasing services, packages, gift certificates, or event tickets online, you agree to provide accurate billing and contact information.
We are not responsible for failed transactions, incorrect email addresses, booking errors caused by inaccurate client information, or technical issues outside of our control.
