Appointment Deposits
A deposit is required to secure your appointment and reserve your selected time in our schedule.
Your deposit is not an additional fee. When you arrive for your scheduled treatment, the deposit will be applied toward the final cost of your service.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
We understand that plans may change. To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us as early as possible.
Cancellations or Rescheduling With at Least 24 Hours’ Notice
When you notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, your deposit may be:

Refunded to your original payment method; or
-
Applied as a credit toward your rescheduled appointment or a future treatment.
Cancellations or Rescheduling With Less Than 24 Hours’ Notice
When you cancel or request to reschedule less than 24 hours before your appointment, the deposit becomes non-refundable and non-transferable.
A new deposit will be required to book another appointment.
Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time to avoid delaying other clients.
When a late arrival does not leave enough time to safely perform the treatment, the appointment may need to be rescheduled. In this case, the deposit may be considered non-refundable and non-transferable.
Refunds for Individual Treatments
Requests for a refund for an individual treatment that has not yet been performed will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Approval is not guaranteed and will depend on the specific circumstances. Please contact us directly so our team can review your request.
Treatment Packages
Treatment packages are non-refundable.
Before purchasing a package, please speak with our team so we can help you select the most appropriate option based on your needs and treatment goals.
